Mine gneiss Pomianow – attestations
Aggregates and grits gneiss meet the requirements of the following standards:
- BS EN 13043:2004 “Aggregates for bituminous mixtures and surface treatments used for roads, airfields and other trafficked areas”,
- BS EN 13242 + A1: 2010 “Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials for use in building and road construction”,
- BS EN 13381-1/AC: 2004 “Armourstone. Requirements “
- BS EN 12620 + A1: 2010 “Aggregates for concrete”
- BS EN 13450: 2004 “Aggregates for railway ballast”
- PN / S 02205:1998 “Earthworks. Requirements and test methods “
Properties of aggregates and grits gneissic:
- Excellent strength parameters
- high capacity factor (CBR over 120%),
- low bulk density mixtures (for a mixture of 0-31,5 mm in an uncompressed state is 1.45 Mg/m3) and is approximately 15% lower than the mix of basalt,
- total hardiness and full thermal shock resistance
- low water absorption due to the absence of microcracks resulting from the passage of water in the cracks and its freezing point,
- roughness or safety in the use of surface-resistance to polishing PSV above 50
- very good cubicity – irregular grains max 12%
- Low abrasion
- Very good adhesion to bitumen.
